Senior Performance Planner

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Planner to join our performance team. This role is focused on the planning, optimization, and activation of digital campaigns. You will be responsible for managing a variety of paid search and social media campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives, are optimized for efficiency, and scale effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Plan, set up, and manage digital advertising channels, including Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), TikTok, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives with efficiency and scale.
  • Ensure budgets are tracked and spent efficiently.
Performance Marketing & Data Analysis
  • Assist in preparing performance marketing recommendations and annual plan presentations.
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights based on consumer behavior and performance metrics.
  • Develop and update client performance reports, including analysis, cost breakdowns, insights, and commentary.
Client Reporting & Insights
  • Create client-facing reports for Search, Display, YouTube, and Social media channels using Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and calculations.
  • Provide thought leadership by leveraging data insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Budget Planning & Media Finance
  • Own the budget planning and tracking for campaigns, ensuring efficiency in media finance across all digital platforms
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of SEM activation and optimization experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Social Ads setup experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in planning, with additional exposure to omnichannel (Programmatic, Offline) planning a plus.
  • Basic experience with Campaign Manager Floodlight reports is required.
  • Knowledge of Programmatic media planning (DV360, TTD) is a plus.
  • Experience with SA360, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, with accuracy being a key performance indicator.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for manipulating data and creating client-facing reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations.
