Job Summary Support the smooth operation of building and facility systems by carrying out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance across electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing, and building services. This role is suited for technicians with hands-on facilities maintenance experience who are comfortable working in a shift-based environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance across building systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, and plumbing issues
- Respond promptly to faults, breakdowns, and client complaints
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure systems are operating efficiently
- Record and report defects or issues to supervisors
- Support general maintenance and ad hoc facility-related duties
Shift Pattern
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Day Shift)
- 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Rotation: 2 day shifts → 2 night shifts → off days
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or engineering
- Technical qualification: NTC / ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Air-Con, Electronics, Building, or Facilities Management
- Strong hands-on experience in M&E or building maintenance preferred
- Able to work independently and respond to operational issues quickly
- Willing to work 5.5-day week and rotating shift schedule
