About the Role

A growing team in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Executive to support global market expansion across the USA, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions.

This role focuses on developing new customer relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Ideal for someone with strong communication, business development, and relationship-building skills who enjoys working in a dynamic and international business environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Develop sales forecasts and marketing strategies for key accounts
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Generate new programs and projects from both potential and existing customers
  • Support overseas marketing activities such as seminars, exhibitions, and tradeshows
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project and program execution
  • Track business development activities and customer engagement

What we’re looking for

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Experience in MedTech and/or Precision Engineering industry preferred
  • Strong ability to conduct market research and identify target companies
  • Experience in business development, marketing, or project management in Medical Devices is an advantage
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with strong initiative
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Able to travel overseas independently execution
  • Track business development activities and customer engagement
