Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Advisor / Sales Lead to drive supply-side growth for a leading programmatic advertising platform (SSP). This role focuses on acquiring and growing relationships with digital publishers, app developers, and media owners, while maximizing monetization through programmatic channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across publishers, app developers, and media owners in APAC (with focus on Singapore and SEA markets)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of supply partners for onboarding into the SSP
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Develop strategic partnerships to increase inventory scale and quality
- Advise publishers on yield optimization, monetization strategies, and programmatic best practices
- Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Ops teams to ensure successful onboarding and revenue growth
- Stay on top of market trends across header bidding, CTV, mobile, and programmatic ecosystems
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Requirements
- 4–8+ years experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or digital media sales
- Proven track record in publisher acquisition or SSP / ad exchange sales
- Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSP, DSP, Ad Exchange, header bidding, etc.)
- Existing network of publishers, media owners, or app developers in SEA is highly preferred
- Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value for clients
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with a hunter mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
