About the Role
The Singapore engineering team is seeking a BMS Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Building Management Systems, HVAC automation, and building control platforms. You will be responsible for system design, configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical support of building automation systems.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with smart building technologies, automation platforms, and integrated control systems.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, configure, and deploy Building Management System (BMS) controls including HVAC, lighting, and access systems
- Customize and program BMS software according to project and client requirements
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of building automation systems
- Provide technical support, maintenance, and upgrades for deployed BMS systems
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful system delivery
- Document system architecture, technical configurations, and workflows
- Support integration of building automation systems with monitoring and reporting tools
- Building Automation & System Integration (Preferred)
- Configure and support BMS platforms such as Schneider EcoStruxure, Niagara, or similar systems
- Work with HVAC control systems, sensors, and building automation devices
- Support data monitoring, alarm management, and building performance optimization
- Assist with integration of software applications and building systems
- Support energy monitoring and analysis initiatives to improve operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field
- Hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, lighting controls, and building automation technologies
- Experience in system commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in project teams
- Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Experience with BMS platforms such as Schneider EcoStruxure, Niagara Framework, or similar systems
- Knowledge of building automation protocols and system integration
- Experience in energy monitoring or building performance analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and technical documentation skills
- High attention to system reliability and operational efficiency
