You will design and develop automation and monitoring systems using PLC, controllers, and HMI technologies to support facility monitoring and control projects. What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and develop automation and monitoring systems using controllers, PLC, and HMI platforms based on project requirements
- Configure and support SCADA systems for facility monitoring and control applications
- Conduct on-site testing and commissioning to ensure systems function according to project specifications
- Collaborate with end-users, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems and control platforms
- Deliver training sessions and provide technical support to users for system operation and maintenance
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including system architecture, configurations, and project records
- Support ongoing system upgrades and improvements for deployed automation solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related technical field
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI technologies
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and industrial control systems
- Ability to interpret technical datasheets for system configuration and troubleshooting
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in project environments
Preferred (Added Advantage)
- 1–3 years of experience in automation system design, implementation, or commissioning
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, or SNMP
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and industrial communication systems
- Experience with databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Experience supporting monitoring systems, automation platforms, or smart infrastructure projects
