About the Role
The Malaysia engineering team is looking for an Assistant BMS Engineer to support BMS project execution, control logic development, graphics creation, commissioning, and technical coordination activities across various project sites.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering work, troubleshooting automation systems, and working closely with engineers, subcontractors, and clients within building automation environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Support project execution, installation coordination, and on-site engineering activities
- Assist with control logic development and system configuration
- Create and update BMS graphics and user interfaces
- Support testing, commissioning, and functional verification activities
- Troubleshoot system integration, wiring, and communication issues
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and commissioning records
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure installation and commissioning activities are completed according to project requirements
BMS & Automation Systems (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) or HVAC controls
- Familiarity with electrical drawings and control panel operations
- Exposure to automation systems, PLCs, or industrial communication protocols is an advantage
- Understanding of HVAC systems, sensors, and field devices
- Experience supporting testing and commissioning activities on-site is an added advantage
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related discipline
