What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute SEO strategies.
- Drive measurable improvements in organic traffic.
- Improve keyword rankings.
- Enhance overall search performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and recommend high-impact SEO opportunities to improve organic visibility and ROI.
- Perform competitor analysis using industry-leading SEO tools to identify keyword and content opportunities.
- Monitor keyword performance, analyze SEO metrics, and recommend continuous optimizations.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and best practices.
- Implement and advise on SEO best practices including:On-page optimization
- Internal linking strategies
- Anchor text optimization
- Content optimization
- HTML sitemaps
- Collaborate closely with SEO Technical Specialists, Content Writers, Paid Media teams, Campaign Managers, and Sales.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of SEO agency experience, or at least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong experience with SEO tools such as:Screaming Frog, Ahrefs
- SEMrush, SimilarWeb
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to explain SEO concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior agency experience is highly preferred.
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused mindset.
