Senior Performance Lead

Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Performance Lead to drive integrated performance marketing strategies across Social, Search, Programmatic, and Retail Media channels. This role is focused on senior-level client consultation, stakeholder management, and high-level performance leadership, serving as a trusted advisor to key regional and global clients.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly analytical, and confident operating within complex enterprise-level environments. You will play a critical role in shaping cross-channel performance strategies, influencing senior stakeholders, and guiding teams toward delivering measurable business outcomes. This position requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate high-stakes client conversations with digitally sophisticated stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic performance marketing discussions with key regional and global clients.
  • Act as a senior consultant and trusted advisor across digital and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and evolve comprehensive performance strategies across Social, Search, Programmatic, and Retail Media channels.
  • Serve as the primary strategic client contact, providing high-level recommendations, performance insights, and business direction.
  • Analyze campaign and business performance data, translating insights into clear strategic narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive integrated cross-channel planning efforts, ensuring alignment between digital and offline media strategies.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders across complex digital accounts and enterprise-level businesses.
  • Lead high-stakes client conversations with confidence, professionalism, and strong commercial acumen.
  • Encourage innovation and a “test and learn” mindset to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate closely with activation and specialist teams to ensure strategic alignment and best-in-class performance outcomes.
  • Support business development initiatives, including strategic recommendations, market analysis, and pitch presentations.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, helping strengthen overall team capabilities and leadership development.
  • Stay updated on evolving digital trends, AI developments, consumer behavior, and emerging media technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience within media, advertising agencies, performance marketing, or related digital environments.
  • Strong background in performance marketing strategy, digital consultancy, and enterprise client management.
  • Proven experience handling large-scale, digitally mature brands and complex digital ecosystems.
  • At least 3 years of leadership or team management experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong expertise across Paid Social Media, Performance Marketing, Programmatic Advertising, and integrated digital strategy.
  • Deep understanding of cross-channel media planning and strategic performance frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of major advertising platforms including:
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • X (formerly Twitter)
    • Snapchat
    • Pinterest
    • DV360
    • The Trade Desk
    • Amazon DSP
    • Walmart Connect
    • SA360
    • Amazon Advertising
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, measurement solutions, influencer ecosystems, shopping platforms, product feed management, and third-party partnerships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage demanding enterprise-level clients.
  • Commercially driven mindset with strong strategic and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while managing multiple priorities.
  • Passion for innovation, digital transformation, AI, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Authorized to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
