About the Role
You will support electrical service projects by performing technical evaluations, preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and conducting cost analyses to support tender submissions and project budgeting. The role requires close collaboration with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure accurate electrical designs, competitive pricing, and compliance with project requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct technical evaluations, Bill of Quantity (BOQ) take-offs, and cost analyses for tender submissions and project budgeting
- Obtain and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive and accurate pricing
- Maintain documentation and material checklists for supplier price comparisons and project tracking
- Review architectural drawings and prepare electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Calculate electrical maximum demand requirements including lighting load, power consumption, and overall system demand
- Design and draft electrical service layouts such as lighting, power distribution, cable ways, single-line diagrams, and schematic diagrams
- Prepare As-Built drawings reflecting final electrical installations for project documentation and handover
- Coordinate site visits with subcontractors and operations teams to verify installation progress and resolve technical issues
- Conduct on-site quality control inspections to ensure electrical works comply with drawings, specifications, and standards
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for electrical design drafting
- Ability to interpret technical datasheets and apply them to project specifications
- Good understanding of electrical circuits, wiring principles, and installation practices
- Strong attention to detail in technical documentation and drawings
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
Preferred (Added Advantage)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering or related technical roles
- Experience in electrical system design, estimation, or quantity surveying
- Familiarity with building infrastructure, electrical services, or automation-related projects
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
