Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, coordination, and reporting of communications campaigns. This role involves working closely with the Senior Account Director, and you will be responsible for managing campaigns driven by the Regional Strategy Director. As a key player in communications and coordination, you will liaise between multiple stakeholders, ensuring campaigns are executed with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Key Liaison Among Stakeholders
- Work closely with various teams, including the Business Director, Digital Director, and Regional Media Lead, to support campaign initiatives.
- Lead campaign updates, global guidelines, and client requests.
- Manage and lead discussions with creative agencies for operations and innovations.
2. Operational Excellence
- Lead and support the use of global media planning systems across the APAC region.
- Oversee the implementation process, ensuring all plans meet criteria for budget, strategy, timelines, and guidelines.
- Ensure the accuracy of plans, budgets, and costs.
- Act as the main client contact for the entire implementation process.
3. Strategic Champion
- Work with local teams in China and Korea to tailor strategies for regional market nuances.
- Ensure communications strategy is infused with media innovations and practical solutions.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to develop on-strategy assets.
4. Solutions Provider
- Think creatively and collaboratively to provide bespoke solutions for the brand.
- Lead negotiations to secure optimal costs and execution for campaigns.
- Drive innovation, and enhance partnerships across key clients and stakeholders.
5. Development and Direction of Media Planners
- Mentor and nurture media planners, leveraging their strengths to achieve optimal results.
- Support the growth and development of the team by providing guidance and training.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in both online and offline media.
- Experience with local planning and regional market management is a plus but not essential.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Passion for technology and its ability to streamline team efficiency.
