Performance Director

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Director to lead a team of performance specialists supporting a high-profile global client. This role requires deep expertise in performance marketing strategy, planning, and execution, with a strong focus on driving best practices, innovation, and measurable results.

As a Performance Director, you will provide strategic leadership, manage a high-performing team, and play a key role in establishing the organization as a market leader within the performance marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a strategic advisor, aligning performance marketing strategies with client business objectives
  • Ensure the highest quality of performance media strategies and deliverables
  • Act as the primary client contact for performance strategy across key accounts

Performance Strategy & Planning

  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of performance media opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
  • Identify and recommend innovative initiatives that strengthen overall media strategy
  • Define and guide the performance roadmap for brands
  • Develop frameworks to accelerate performance marketing transformation

Performance Marketing Execution

  • Demonstrate expertise in SEM, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising
  • Oversee campaign execution to ensure high-quality delivery and results
  • Lead optimization initiatives for large-scale and transformational campaigns

Training & Capability Development

  • Lead performance marketing knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team and with clients
  • Identify capability gaps and design targeted training programs
  • Facilitate performance strategy and platform training sessions in collaboration with internal and external experts

Cross-Team Integration

  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration within the agency
  • Promote the integration of other agency services to enhance overall campaign effectiveness

Quality & Standards

  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and strategic impact
  • Lead initiatives to produce award-winning work and continuously raise performance benchmarks

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or strategic marketing consulting
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing technologies and platforms
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Advanced knowledge of performance metrics and integrated marketing disciplines, including programmatic, mobile, social media, and online analytics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
  • A proactive “can-do” attitude with strong leadership capabilities

Reporting Structure

  • Reports directly to the Business Director
  • Responsible for managing workload and overseeing specialist services within the business unit

Eligibility
