Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Performance Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance campaigns across multiple platforms, including SEM, Social Media, and Display/Programmatic.
You will play a key role in developing, executing, and analyzing multi-channel media strategies to achieve client marketing objectives and maximize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Campaign Management
- Plan, set up, and execute performance-driven campaigns across SEM, Social Media, and Display/Programmatic channels
- Continuously optimize campaigns to meet or exceed client KPIs
- Manage campaign budgets, implement appropriate bidding strategies, and monitor budget pacing
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities aligned with local market KPIs
Multi-Channel Strategy & Execution
- Coordinate and execute integrated multi-channel strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues related to budgets, bidding, pacing, and performance fluctuations
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Develop and present detailed performance reports covering campaign results, audience insights, creative performance, and cross-channel attribution
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for paid media strategies and future campaign planning
- Produce case studies and document best practices for successful campaigns
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Build and sustain strong relationships with business units and media partners
- Present campaign insights and recommendations in a clear, data-driven manner
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing SEM, Social Media, and Display/Programmatic campaigns
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and DV360
- Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform tools (e.g., SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel
- Strong understanding of web analytics metrics and digital marketing trends
- Completion of Google Certification programs (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, YouTube, GDN)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior media agency experience is preferred
- A proactive “Can Do” attitude with strong business acumen
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
