A high-growth digital agency is seeking a dynamic, AI-savvy Strategy Director to shape strategic direction, drive digital transformation, and elevate UX-focused marketing.

This role is ideal for someone hands-on, adaptable, and capable of thinking on their feet, beyond just tactical planning. You’ll lead strategy, work on high-impact initiatives, and integrate AI-driven insights into digital marketing campaigns.

The Opportunity

• Lead digital strategy and campaign innovation across B2B andselect B2C markets.
• Develop Al-integrated strategic plans, leveraging automation and ofdata for better decision-making
• Apply UX methodologies to craft customer journeys that drive eengagement and conversion
• Work within a small, agile team, collaborating closely with senior leadership
• Oversee high-level client strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in a digital strategy, planning, or transformation role in a marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of Al applications in strategic planning, marketing automation, and customer experience
• Experience in UI/UX strategy, able to design and optimize user journeys.
• Background in B2B digital marketing with exposure to B2C strategies.
  Ability to think beyond traditional frameworks-not just a tactical planner, but a problem-solver.
  Confident, dynamic thinker who can navigate ambiguity and provide clear direction
  Open to candidates with agency experience, particularly those with a strong strategic planning background
